Our client is a well-established and privately-owned commercial print business with operations across the South of England. Following recent expansion, the company supplies customers across the UK in several sectors including award winning promotional calendars, diaries, cards and a bespoke range.
For planned succession reasons, this successful and expanding company is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join the team with the objective of growing sales and ultimately becoming the Sales Director. This career progression reflects the company’s outlook, history and profile.
This is a leadership role that will report to the Managing Director with responsibility for achieving customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximising the potential of the internals sales team and network of agents, creating sales plans and justifying those to plans to the senior management.
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager with a successful track record in achieving sales and sales management targets to help us meet our sales objectives. Working with the senior management team you will contribute across all areas of the business to keep the company competitive and innovative.
A successful track record in commercial print is a minimum requirement.
