We offer opportunities to join a 12-month undergraduate placement scheme. We provide a diverse, challenging and fully-supported environment to develop your commercial experience.

As an Undergraduate Researcher you will enjoy a diverse role, supporting, managing and delivering executive recruitment assignments, working closely with and mentored by experienced Senior Consultants. Undergraduate Researchers receive initial and ongoing training to develop core career skills, with genuine Post-Graduate opportunities available.
The research team is fundamental to the headhunting process. The role involves the comprehensive mapping out of target companies and identifying the most relevant individuals, before engaging them in the executive search process to present a new career opportunity. Your involvement will extend from project start to successful conclusion, building a wide range of valuable skills.
We are a multi-practice firm; therefore, you will work on a variety of projects in a range of market sectors, exposing you to all areas of commerce and industry.
You will be involved in:
Managing and delivering assignments alongside Senior Consultants and Directors
- Use of telephone, internet research and databases to identify the best candidates within specific markets
- Engaging with and creating rapport with candidates to present a career opportunity
- Developing a deep knowledge of a broad range of industries
Entry requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, and a willingness to engage people on the phone
- Ability to understand complex concepts
- Persistent and resilient
- Eligible to work in the UK on a full-time basis
- Able to work from our Bristol office location
