During 2020/2021 worked with Framptons, the Somerset based niche food & drink services company to recruit an experienced Operations Director and Head of Commercial for the site in Shepton Mallett. Through running targeted traditional headhunting searches which were supported by carefully selected national executive advertising campaigns, both roles were filled. Framptons are experiencing some very successful market times, as they grow and diversify services lines and these two senior appointments will make a tremendous difference in terms of the way ahead. Non-Executive Directors (Audit Committee Chair) Oxford Cannabinoid Technologies’ aim is to become a global leader in the development of safe and effective prescription medicines to treat serious and life-threatening human diseases and conditions. Having recruited the current CEO, John Lucas and CSO, Valentino Parravicini Novo was asked to find two NEDs, including the Audit Committee Chair, in preparation for an IPO on the Standard London Market in May 2021.
