Our client is a well-established South East based sub-contractor to the construction industry with a history of successful growth over the past 25 years and a broad range of clients across the South of the UK.
With an annual turnover in the region of £10m and aspirations for future growth, it has been identified there is a requirement for a new CEO to take the business to its next phase of operational and commercial development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for playing a key part in strategically contributing to the Board, implementing the executive plan to achieve the agreed company objectives and driving the business day to day with a specific focus on reviewing and implementing necessary operational processes.
The Person
The new CEO will have proven successful business leadership experience from a sub-contracting business for example FM/soft services businesses (e.g. cleaning, security) within the construction sector.
The successful appointee will either be a current and successful MD/CEO seeking their next exciting challenge. Alternatively, a highly effective Operations Director on an upward trajectory, looking to take on their first CEO position.
