Chief Operating Officer (Renewable Energy)
Salary: Circa £150,000 + Incentives

Our client is a fast growth technology company in the alternative energy space. The company is equity funded, has the backing of Government with its cutting edge technology and is on the verge of tremendous growth, as they look to commercialise their business and expand globally.

The Requirement

The client is searching for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) who possesses a robust engineering background. The COO will play a vital role in streamlining the client’s operations, driving innovation, and maintaining their competitive edge in the industry.

Knowledge & Experience

• Experienced COO from within the renewable energy, waste management, recycling and/or engineering industries
• A proven track record of operational excellence, strategic planning, and team leadership within an engineering-driven environment
• Experience working in multiple jurisdictions preferred
• Strong communication skills, including verbal and written comprehension skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills and stakeholder management
• Strong IT skills; ability to use multiple communication tools and packages
