THE OPPORTUNITY
There is a requirement to appoint a new Director of Sales Performance to the financial services arm of this major car brand. This is an exceptional opportunity with huge scope to further develop the division and team., nationally.
Reporting to the UK Sales Director, the role will take overall responsibility for the F&I (finance and insurance) volumes and performance of both branded and non-brand finance offerings. With full responsibility for the Field Sales Department, the appointee will manage and develop the partners’ finance, retention and oversight performance across both new and used vehicles.
KEY ACCOUNTABLITIES
KEY EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Previous motor industry experience – preferably finance but also insurance or OEM Third party performance management experience is essential – managing results against set targets and holding accountability for that result Territory team management experience; previous experience of managing a dispersed sales team Results orientated and self-disciplined Enthusiastic, passionate, motivated, and professional Leader.
