Forensic Accounting Director / Partner – Top 25 firm
Salary: Excellent package dependent upon experience
Our client is leading regional accountancy firm, ranked Top 25 nationally. It prides itself on an excellent balance of working culture, client service and technical excellence. As part of the firms plans for continued growth it wishes to add a director / partner to its Forensic team.
The Role
Working alongside the head of department, you will play a key role in the growth of the firm’s Forensic service offering.
This opportunity offers an interesting mix of responsibilities including:
- Leading and mentoring a growing team, helping to create a vibrant working environment where individual talent can thrive
- Developing and delivering marketing campaigns including writing articles and other marketing material
- Attending networking events, actively contributing to new business development and developing own network of referrers
- Regular meetings with solicitors and barristers
- Joining appropriate groups such as Resolution, Expert Witness Institute and Academy of Experts
- Much of the firm’s forensic accounting work is professional negligence claims, loss of profits calculations and divorce valuations for law firms, predominantly for clients in the Midlands.
The new forensic director / partner will either complement the firm’s existing client base or bring their own specialism – criminal for example. In progressing to equity partner the partner designate will develop their own portfolio and network of professional referrers.
Key Skills and Qualifications
The new forensics director / partner will be:
- ACA/ACCA qualified
- Experienced and passionate about leading and motivating a team
- Confident and very capable at business development and marketing
- Experienced in forensic accounting and valuations
- Able to show a proven track record in disputes.
