THE ROLE
The MD will have full P&L responsibility and will lead and drive the strategy and direction of innovative products and services across the business. The MD will manage commercial and business strategy, prioritizing product and customer requirements with the objective of establishing our client as a market leader in this sector.
The role defines the business vision as well as negotiate ongoing contracts and partner with sales and marketing to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. They will analyse opportunities for growth as well as potential acquisitions.
The MD will play a visible role within the business and the industry. They will be a thought leader internally and externally demonstrating leadership in planning and executing successful growth strategies for the organisation’s largest and most complex clients and markets.
The role leads strategic business development and makes recommendations on major business decisions within the market.
