Head of Operations
This is an exciting new opportunity to appoint a Director of Operations/Head of Operations. This is a key appointment for the business.
The successful candidate will join one of the most exciting lifestyle brand companies in the global housewares market today. You will lead and evolve successful teams to drive the broadening and future development of the business. The appointment will have leadership for several teams including, IT Project Management, E-Commerce Business Process and Improvement, Sales, Customer Services and Supply Chain.
The role will be one of the senior leadership team within the business. He/she will have the experience and ability to lead a healthy high-performance work culture across the organisation. They will be a natural leader and innovator and on an obvious upward career trajectory.
They will be responsible for leading a high performing staff base, engendering staff engagement in line with the business’ goals.
