MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE

The Practice Manager reports to the Operations Director and is a key member of the Clinic Leadership Team. Responsible for managing all clinical and non-clinical staff (employed and self-employed) you will be responsible for all operational aspects within your clinic. The role has responsibility for achieving and maintaining excellent patient service, quality, culture in line with Business Strategy and the Company Values, Vision and Mission.

The role provides support, direction and leadership to the team to enhance the performance, skills and knowledge of clinic staff members.  You will work collaboratively across the wider Group to ensure your clinic delivers outstanding dental care and service to patients in line with CQC and GDC guidelines, Health & Safety, Employment Law and any other relevant legislation and compliance requirements.

You will have financial responsibility for on target budget delivery and be accountable for the clinic P&L, budget and cost control ensuring financial effectiveness without compromising our outstanding patient outcomes.
