A strong start to 2019 in the legal executive search marketplace for Novo Executive Search

Throughout January and February 2019 this activity has continued as Novo Executive Search have won more retained search assignments in the legal marketplace. These range from high street solicitor firms through to large corporates.
The trend with client companies that we work with appears to be the need to recruit within the commercial property, family and private wealth disciplines. “Although certain clients are tightening their purse strings with the obvious political uncertainty, a number of our private practice clients are pushing on with appointing exceptionally talented lawyers that have precise expertise. The majority of assignments that Novo Executive Search work on tend to be within the Partner and Senior Associate level, ranging across corporate, employment, commercial property, family, dispute resolution, private wealth and many other areas. The assignments that Novo Executive Search have worked on tend to be within the £70,000 to £150,000 salary range.
