The Requirement

As part of a major restructuring, Landmark needed a senior executive to lead a cluster of businesses within its geospatial division. This role carried full P&L responsibility for three operating units with combined revenues of £50m and significant growth potential. The brief was clear: appoint a dynamic leader who could define strategy, drive operational excellence, and unlock new opportunities to double revenues over the next few years.

The ideal candidate required proven experience in managing complex, service-led businesses, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to lead diverse teams through change. Strategic vision, financial discipline, and a collaborative leadership style were essential to succeed in this high-profile role.
