A leading private wellness facility is seeking a seasoned Estates Operations Manager to join its senior leadership team. This pivotal role oversees the full operational management of a high-end residential property, ensuring seamless service delivery and an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct all aspects of property operations, including maintenance, housekeeping, catering, and grounds management.
- Implement preventative maintenance schedules and uphold compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Lead hospitality teams to deliver premium service aligned with the organization’s ethos of discretion and excellence.
- Manage budgets, procurement, and supplier relationships to maintain operational efficiency.
- Recruit, train, and inspire staff across multiple departments, fostering a culture of accountability and professionalism.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in luxury hospitality, estate, or healthcare property management.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, compliance frameworks, and safety regulations.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Facilities Management or Health & Safety qualifications (IOSH, NEBOSH) desirable.
