We are seeking a Head of Estimating/ Director of Estimating, a senior leadership role designed to support ongoing commercial growth in the high-end fit-out sector. This position is central to the company’s strategic goals, as they continue to expand their reach.

Role Overview & Strategic Impact

You will lead an existing team of estimators, with plans for the team to expand in line with the business’ organic growth.
The role bridges technical construction fit-out expertise with high-level commercial strategy, including building relationships with high-net-worth individuals and industry stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities

Overseeing the production of accurate, competitive estimates for prestigious commercial and super-prime residential projects.
Acting as a key point of contact for both internal departments and external clients to foster collaborative, long-term relationships.
Driving consistency and technical excellence across the estimating function, ensuring all activities align with the company’s “best in class” values.
Proven track record at Head of Estimating level, directing commercial strategy for super-prime fit-outs where bespoke finishes are the norm.
Highly analytical approach with a “first-pass” ability to identify discrepancies in complex datasets, ensuring 100% accuracy.
Expert in leveraging market trends and building regulations to protect margins while maintaining the uncompromising quality standards of high-end residential projects.
