Are you a strategic leader with a passion for building businesses from the ground up? Our client, a global leader in off-grid power solutions, is expanding into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia — and they’re looking for a General Manager to lead the charge.
Location: Riyadh, KSA
Reports to: GCC Regional Director
What You’ll Do
- Lead the setup and growth of the KSA business, including legal, operational, and commercial foundations.
- Drive revenue growth and market expansion across the region.
- Manage full P&L and ensure operational excellence.
- Build and lead a high-performing local team.
- Liaise with government bodies (MISA, ZATCA, etc.) to ensure compliance and secure permits.
- Oversee production, logistics, after-sales, and procurement functions.
What We’re Looking For
- 15+ years of leadership in power solutions or industrial manufacturing.
- Proven success in launching and scaling operations in KSA.
- Strong commercial acumen and full P&L ownership experience.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Experience in renewable energy is a bonus.
