Head of Residential Conveyancing
Salary: Competitive Base + Bonus

Our client is a fast growth entrepreneurial legal firm based in Somerset that is looking to develop and expand their Conveyancing Department. The company has a strategic requirement to recruit a suitably experienced Head of Conveyancing to take this part of the business forwards. Overseeing a small but experienced team, the Conveyancer will be joining a company with an abundance of national and regional clients, an organisation with a particularly positive culture and one in which there is a fantastic opportunity to develop the role in a way that you see fit.

Experience & Traits Needed  

To be suitable for this role candidates will:

• Have a notable level of residential conveyancing experience and technical knowledge
• Ideally, have had some line management experience or certainly an interest to oversee a team
• Possess excellent communication and IT skills
• Be progressive, positive, outgoing and ambitious
• Be excellent communicators with clients and colleagues
