The company now seeks an accomplished Managing Director to lead its regional organisation, driving performance and delivering on ambitious growth objectives. This pivotal leadership role carries full strategic and operational responsibility for a complex, multi-site business with strong market presence and significant investment support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic, commercial, and operational direction of the EMEA business in alignment with global objectives.
- Deliver sustainable growth through organic development, market expansion, and targeted acquisitions.
- Inspire and develop a high-performing, multi-site leadership team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
- Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement across manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial functions.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with key OEMs, suppliers, and strategic customers across the region.
Candidate Profile
- A proven senior leader with at least 10 years of experience within the automotive industry.
- Demonstrable success managing within complex international operations and delivering sustained commercial growth.
- Strong financial and operational acumen with experience overseeing significant P&L accountability (£30m+).
- Strategic thinker with a pragmatic, hands-on approach and a track record of leading transformation.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
