The Role – Quality Manager
The incoming Quality Manager will be responsible for the leadership, development, maintenance, and continual improvement of the site Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with all applicable third-party standards, customer requirements, and regulatory obligations.
Acting as the site Quality Champion, the role provides visible leadership to embed a culture of quality, customer focus, and right-first-time performance across the organisation.
As the appointed Management Representative for Quality, the role holder has authority and accountability for quality performance and product conformance. The Quality Manager works in close partnership with the Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager — who holds primary responsibility for site-wide continuous improvement strategy — ensuring that quality-led improvements are aligned to broader operational excellence initiatives.
