Senior Family Solicitor/Joint Head of Family Law

Our client is a leading regional firm serving private clients and regional businesses across Somerset and Bristol.

Looking to recruit an experienced Family Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive to join and assist in the future development of their long-established private practice based across Somerset and Bristol either as a senior fee earner or as joint head of department.

As part of an established Family Law team across several offices you will offer privately funded advice on divorce, private Children Act proceedings, financial and cohabitation matters. You will work closely with the head of department to lead the Team, exploring areas of growth, helping to coach and mentor more junior members of the team, whilst having the opportunity to develop your own caseload and be supported with your own career progression.

As an ideal candidate you will be local to the Bridgwater or Weston super Mare area where you work allowing you to give a personal an easily accessible service to each of your clients. Calm and focused under pressure, you must be a team player with a willingness to get involved in marketing initiatives and business development to raise your profile and that of the Family Law Team.
