Over the past 12 years, Jo has worked with a large number of business leaders and senior HR professionals, providing executive search services specifically tailored to hire senior management and board level roles. Jo’s clients broadly sit across the environment, construction and more general ‘built environment’ sectors, as well as manufacturing, life sciences ad FMCG. Working on roles within a £50,000-£150,000 salary range throughout the UK and overseas, Jo advises clients regularly on; techniques to engage with high calibre talent, leadership, succession planning, governance, culture, diversity and inclusion.
