The role

You’ll lead the delivery of a safe, efficient, and high-performing manufacturing operation, driving improvements in productivity, quality, cost, and delivery. This is a hands-on leadership position with real influence – combining day-to-day operational excellence with long-term transformation.

What you’ll be doing

Owning end-to-end production performance and KPI delivery
Leading and developing a team of Production Leaders and planners
Driving Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
Working cross-functionally to optimise the full manufacturing value stream

Proven production leadership in engineering or manufacturing with demonstrable machining / CNC discipline experience
Strong track record of delivering measurable operational results
Confident leader of leaders, with excellent communication skills
