In-House Counsel (Renewable Energy)
Salary: Circa £125,000 + Incentives

Our client is a fast growth technology company in the alternative energy space. The company is equity funded, has the backing of Government with its cutting edge technology and is on the verge of tremendous growth, as they look to commercialise their business and expand globally.

The Requirement

The client is searching for a seasoned In-House Counsel with a strong background in commercial law to oversee their legal operations and provide strategic guidance on various legal matters.

Knowledge & Experience

• Experienced In-House Counsel
• Extensive experience in negotiating and drafting commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing legal risks
• Good knowledge of and experience in commercial transactions and particularly with supply chain, operations and/or services agreements
• Notable experience performing legal reviews and negotiations and drafting of commercial contracts, along with work on other related legal documents
• Experienced in dealing successfully with dispute resolution matters
• Experience working in multiple jurisdictions preferred
• Strong communication skills, including verbal and written comprehension skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills and stakeholder management
• Strong IT skills; ability to use multiple communication tools and packages
