Interim HR Director
Salary: Competitive day rate


Our client is a multi-million turnover goods and services business, employing 5000 staff across its food & beverage and food retail outlets.

There is a 6 month requirement for an interim HR Director to join the business to run the HR operation and ensure the day to day running of the HR team. The workforce is dispersed and as such, the chosen appointment will have experience working in senior interim HR positions where the workforce is large, complex in structure and based from multiple locations, sectors such as retail and hospitality.

A further focus for this position will be the cementation of the new end to end HR systems which have been introduced in the last 12 months in the business. Experience of HR and payroll systems implementation and capitalisation will be essential, maximising ROI from this upgrade.

In summary, we are looking for a senior, experienced interim HR professional who can begin their next contract in early September. This is a large, complex business and the contract will offer a stimulating and rewarding challenge, working directly with the CEO and Board.
