Our client is an established, clinically respected healthcare brand with strong foundations across gut health, functional medicine, practitioner education, and evidence-based supplementation. Backed by significant investment and ambitious international growth plans, the business is now seeking to appoint a commercially driven Managing Director to lead its next phase of expansion.
This is a highly strategic leadership mandate with responsibility across:
• Commercial growth and international expansion
• Brand strategy and market positioning
• Practitioner, D2C and e commerce channel growth
• Product innovation and category leadership
• Team leadership and organisational scaling
• P&L ownership and operational performance
• Strategic partnerships and acquisition activity
The successful individual will bring a proven track record of scaling a healthcare, wellness, supplements, consumer health, nutrition, or adjacent science led brand through significant commercial growth.
We are particularly interested in executives who combine strong commercial leadership with brand building capability, entrepreneurial energy, and the credibility to operate within a clinically led environment.
Experience across practitioner healthcare, premium consumer brands, e commerce, subscription models, retail, pharmacy, or international growth environments would be highly attractive.
